leadership unparrallel

WHY WE ARE WHAT WE ARE........I KNOW WHO YOU ARE.
have you been let down by suppose people you trust before? well, we all have face one situation that has not been pleasant before. we tend to blame others for our own failures, denying us the oppurtunity to learn and appreciate the basic dynamics of human relationship. if you close your eye to prevent you seeing bad images then be prepare to miss good and beautiful images of nature pass you bye. i am of the opinion that because somethings have not work before now it wont work forever. you might feel discourage and disillusioned concerning a subject matter..but remember quitters dont win a race and losers never get a trophy. you must persist and remain hopeful....believing in what is ahead, visualize your end from the beginning. infact the harder the battle the sweeter the victory song. no wonder am an apostle of believing and succeeding. yours is to remain positive and see you goals coming to pass.the road may be rough and tough but believe me you willget there.you best friends may be your enemyies and your loved ones may be your biggest critics.....its is possible but dont forget nothing good comes easy.discipline yourself at all times work on your strenghts, accept your limitations and ignore your weakness, sooner than later you will make it in grand style. to your success my dear friends...keep believing and succeeding.

creative gift for leaders

Gift giving is at its absolute finest during the Christmas season. Putting smiles on children's faces, making an elderly person feel appreciated, rewarding a hardworking employee - the reasons for gift giving at Christmas are endless. Christmas is the most popular time for gift giving, and it is no secret that Christmas is also the favorite time for marriage proposals.

However, getting ready for Christmas can be a nightmare when you tally up all the planning and shopping that must be condensed into the 3 or 4 short weeks leading up to the holiday break. Selecting menus, writing out gift lists, decorating the tree, hanging the outside lights, and so on…

Getting things done around the house always seems to fall into place but buying the gifts always plays havoc with your schedule. Staying within your budget usually places even more restrictions on your time, finding gifts that impress and yet don't cost an arm and a leg.

You want to give something but the occasion says it shouldn't be too much. Or the whole family is getting together for Christmas and that means 45 presents. You want to give something to every one in your class. Or your budget will soon reach the red ink stage.

We have a few items that cost less than $5 but each gift can still have
special meaning.

products and people.

Product creation is one step in the information marketing process. Public domain information can provide a seemingly endless supply of ready-made products from which you can benefit financially. There are several requirements that must be met before a creative work can be republished in your own name. If you neglect to jump through these hoops you can find yourself on the short end of a large lawsuit.

The first issue is to determine if the product is indeed in the public domain. If the book was written before 1923 then it automatically falls into public domain. If the copyright was not renewed then after a certain number of years the book would fall into public domain.

You can make a preliminary search at http://www.copyright.gov/records/ where you’ll find that most works between 1950 – present have been entered into the database. There is a short tutorial on the site to teach you how to use it.

Once you have determined to your satisfaction that the book is in public domain you might want to start the process of making a digital copy. Before publishing and marketing a copy of your new work you should have a certified report generated from the Library of Congress that certifies your work is in the public domain at the time of your request. This report will be necessary to protect your interests should the copyright come into question.

The financial benefits to using public domain information can be quite substantial. Doing a search on Matt Furey or Ted Ciuba and you’ll find those two particular marketers took books from the public domain and built an empire around them.

Matt Furey found a book of wrestling moves that had fallen into public domain. He added his information, republished and the rest is history. Ted Ciuba used the famous book ‘Think And Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill. This book is freely available in digital format. Ted Ciuba reworked a piece of it, republished it and copyrighted it under his name. He has built an entire business around the principles from that book.

Books are not the only possibility. There are art pieces that can be republished and sold; movies that can be made to MP4 files and played on PSP players; music that can be remastered for MP3 files. Another option could be audio books of some of the old children’s classics. Look through the potential files and use your imagination.

How do you find these works? There are several places you can start. At Project Gutenburg they have amassed a digital library of over 1700 ebooks that fall into public domain. You can also browse through http://www.booksforabuck.com/general/pubsources.html to find other sources of all creative works that are in public domain.

Using public domain information can be cost effective if you find a book that has already been made to digital format. You might take on the challenge of typing the book into a computer yourself if it isn’t digital or use a typist from Elance. The largest expense is the certified report from the Library of Congress. Starting in July 2006 they significantly increased their prices from less than $75.00 for a certified report to $300.00. Apparently use of public domain information is skyrocketing and the Library of Congress is taking advantage of the laws of supply and demand.

Even with the expense of a certified report using work from the public domain can be cost effective and add credibility to your effort. This is a resource that holds real potential for marketers today.

VISIONS AND SUCCESS

How to bring your ideas into action and achieve the Results that you want

Do you ever get fired up with a great idea, but take no action?

If you don’t believe that it is possible to make large amounts of money then you won’t take the required action that will deliver the results

You are not alone, this is common because people have great ideas but they do not line up with their beliefs of what they are capable of, what will work and what is good.

Believe in yourself and what you want to do. Go and find the skills that you need to make it happen, find a mentor if possible, take action. Measure the results and feed the results back in and keep continually improving

Not everything will work for you and that is fine. Just keep holding your vision of what you want to achieve and just keep moving towards it.

You need to get out there and try things and see if they work for you, if they produce results then keep using them, no results then stop using them

Have you even had a doubt if you have what it takes to achieve what you want, congratulations, you are in good company, most of the world.

Relax and focus on what you want, ideas and resources will come.

The important thing for you to do is to absorb ideas and filter out the ones that seem attractive to you. If they seem attractive, then they probably line up with your beliefs and also what you want to achieve. After you pick out the ideas then try them out, take some actions and measure the results.

You don’t have to have an original idea just a good one and try it out, see if it works for you. You don’t have to be lucky, a genius, or anything special.

Find somebody who knows how to do what you want to achieve, and do what they do. Believe that it will work and you will align yourself with taking the right actions that will deliver the results that you want.

Simple things applied are a lot more powerful that something that is never applied

Kaizen: the process of continuous improvement took the Japanese industries to a large market share by continuously applying small changes and measuring the results.

Albert Einstein commented that if you studied anything for 10 Mins a day in one year you would be an expert. Study those ideas and apply them one by one and see if they work for you.

Keep the big picture of what you want and focus upon it and you will find the resources to keep you achieve that vision.

You will make mistakes, you will try things that do not work but as long as you hold your vision and move steadily towards it, it will happen.

Actions delivers results, it does not have to be perfect action day one, just try it and see what results you get, look around for how other people are doing it, make changes and measure the results.

You will be amazed at what results you can get by consistently focusing on what you want, taking consistent inspired actions and seeing what results you are getting.

If you are getting the results that you want then keep doing it and gradually make improvements.

If you are not getting the results that you want than look for other ways to do things. Look at what beliefs that you may have that are conflicting with what you consciously say that you want to achieve.

Be flexible enough to change what you are thinking or doing until you start to deliver the results that you want

what does it take to be a leader?

have ever wondered if life would ever be kind to you enough to make something out of it?well,...we all have our good and bad time but we must never lose our ability to change our world. i was in school sometime ago and believe me with much power comes much responsibility. ilook forward to 26 august when i will launch a life time foundation to lead my people out of poverty and ignorance. you also can start something.see you at the top.....the future is now...welcome to the great life where believe is success. from your friend....mayowa.+2348027170004
